Agreement
By creating an AdsPilot account, connecting a Telegram account, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use AdsPilot.
About AdsPilot
AdsPilot is available at theadspilot.com. It helps you schedule ads and stories using the Telegram accounts and chats you choose.
Eligibility
You must be able to enter into this agreement and use Telegram in line with its rules. Connect only Telegram accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
Your account
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your AdsPilot account and for the people you allow to use it. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Your content and connected accounts
You are responsible for every ad, story, message, file, link, audience, campaign, and Telegram account you add to AdsPilot. You confirm that you have the right to use them. When you connect a Telegram account, you allow AdsPilot to post the content and follow the schedule you set through that account.
You must follow Telegram's terms, each chat's rules, and applicable law. You must also respect the rights and privacy of the people you contact.
Acceptable use
Do not use AdsPilot for spam, scams, phishing, fraud, harassment, unlawful content, unsolicited bulk messages, or activity that harms others or breaks platform rules. Do not try to bypass sending limits, access another person's account, interfere with the service, or use the service for any purpose it was not designed for.
What AdsPilot does
AdsPilot schedules and sends ads and stories that you configure to chats and accounts you select. It does not find strangers, collect audiences for you, join groups for you, or promise that every message or story will be delivered.
Telegram risk
Telegram and chat administrators control their own rules and enforcement. They may limit, label, block, restrict, or ban an account, or prevent delivery. AdsPilot uses reasonable sending safeguards, but cannot guarantee that your account will avoid these outcomes. You accept this risk and remain responsible for your sending activity.
Plans and payments
Paid features are available while your subscription is active. The current features, limits, and price are shown in AdsPilot before you subscribe. Payment is made through the crypto payment flow shown in the service, and a paid plan starts after payment is confirmed.
Unless applicable law says otherwise, completed subscription payments are not refundable. When you upgrade, unused time on your current plan may reduce the price of the new plan. When you downgrade, you keep your current plan until its billing period ends, then move to the lower plan. Downgrades do not create a refund or account credit.
Availability and changes
We work to keep AdsPilot available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or successful delivery. We may change features, limits, prices, or availability. We may pause or end access when needed to protect the service, users, or others, including when we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
Ending access
You may stop using AdsPilot at any time. To request account deletion, contact us. We may suspend or end access for misuse, a breach of these Terms, security concerns, or legal reasons. Scheduled activity may stop when your access ends.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, AdsPilot is provided as is and as available. We are not responsible for Telegram decisions, account restrictions, failed delivery, lost opportunities, user content, or user conduct. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new last updated date. Continuing to use AdsPilot after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
